After meeting at the designated location, we depart for Shamakhi. The drive to the Alpaca Farm takes approximately 90 minutes. Shamakhi is known for its scenic mountain forests, fresh springs, and lush meadows, located in a moderately humid climate ideal for alpacas. Alpaca Azerbaijan is situated in the village of Meysari, just 120 km from Baku, surrounded by picturesque mountains and green pastures. The farm offers a fun and educational experience for both children and adults. The site includes a special playground with various attractions, making it a perfect family destination. Guests will learn about alpaca behavior and care, and receive a brief safety orientation upon arrival. Visitors will spend about 60 minutes here, accompanied by their private guide, and will also have the opportunity to feed the alpacas. - Next stop: Meysari Winery
It’s just a 10-minute drive from the Alpaca Farm to the winery. This modern winemaking facility is one of Azerbaijan’s newest and the first in the country to be certified as an organic producer under EU standards. The estate spans 160 hectares and features advanced French winemaking equipment by Pera-Pellenc. The complex also includes a small winery museum, a restaurant, and a hotel. At Abgora Restaurant, you’ll enjoy traditional Azerbaijani cuisine paired with Meysari’s organic wines. Guests are treated to a Premium wine tour, which includes a guided walk through the vineyards and cellars, followed by a tasting of six wine varieties accompanied by olives, cheese, meat platters, bread, and water. The winery experience lasts approximately 60 minutes, with expert guidance from your private tour guide. - Return to Baku
After the winery visit, we drive back to Baku. The return trip to the city center takes around 90 minutes.
